(£50,000 or over yearly) This covers damages or defaults on the part of the tenant during the tenancy.
Lost Key(s) or other Security device(s) If the Tenants are liable to the actual cost of replacing any lost key(s) and or other security device(s). Lost or stuck in locks needing to be changed, the actual costs of a locksmith, new lock and replacement : Keys will be charged to the tenant.
Variation of Contract £50 (inc vat) To change tenants name or to add and reference a new tenant along with Right to Rent
(Tenants Request) Checks, DPS deposit registration and the execution of new documentation
Early Termination Should the tenant wish to leave their contract early, they shall be liable to the landlord's costs in respect of marketing to find another tenant and any and other utilities until a new tenant is found and contract date agreed
(Tenants Request) re-letting the property as well as all the rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the Replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy
