Once a property has been selected we are able to supply buyers with details of a professional surveyors should a survey be required. We are happy to meet any trades at properties should anything need quantifying or checking over.
We also work with independent mortgage brokers that we are able to introduce purchasers to. Again, we have also developed first class links with local solicitors and are very pleased to make introductions.
