I can not express how happy I am with the service Natalie Smith gave us at bronte. She is the most kindest lady ive ever met. We fell in love with our new home and we knew we had to have it. Natalie helped us achieve our new dream home. She went above and beyond for us. If I knew about this company before I went with my estate agents I would have 100% been very happy to sell my home with them. Natalie deserves some kind of customer service award because I am so happy and greatful she answered that phone when I rang for seven acres. My family will be very happy here. We have recently moved into our new rented house through Bronte. Every step of the way was explained and any issues sorted out super quick. Simone was absolutely amazing, we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us, she’s so good at her job and such a lovely lady. We’re really happy in our new home, thank you very much!

Brilliant service from Natalie & all the sales team at Bronte Estates, Queensbury. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly service through the selling process. We exchanged and completed within only 3 months. Viewings were booked in very efficiently and follow up ‘buyer’ feed back chased up quickly. Communication with the team was excellent, they were always available to deal with any questions or queries we had. Great value for money. We would highly recommend this local family run business.
I've just got the key of my new home from Sam. She has been marvellous - so efficient, so pleasant and so friendly. I saw the property advertised on Rightmove a week ago, viewed it last Tuesday, completed all the formalities last week, and got the key today. I'm still reeling from the speed of it all. And it sounds like the landlord is a poppet - I'll be dealing direct with him if there are any issues (which I'm sure there won't be). Feeling really looked after and cared for.
As a first time renter through an estate agents, Bronte could not have been more helpful if they tried! Sam, who has been helping us every step of the way has been an absolute god send, she is efficient, friendly and makes you feel at ease. No matter what question I have had Sam has been there to help me every step and very quickly too. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and their care. I even received an email a couple of days ago making sure that we are settled into our property! If that isn't above and beyond I don't know what is! I really can't thank them enough for everything and like the review is named, if I could give 10 stars I would! 10/10!
